Our goal is that each person associated with Crown would have a sense of worth, empowerment, and purpose knowing they are called to a ministry movement that has eternal impact and value.
Crown affirms the principle of multiplication, that is, teach others to teach others and so on. We rely on the Lord to raise up people worldwide who are passionate about serving Him in their unique design and enthusiastically support Crown¹s vision and mission. Our desire is to see them grow in leadership to become agents of change for Christ in their communities and country.
Crown values working collegially in community where there is respect for each person, their thoughts, ideas, gifting and competencies. It is critical that we communicate openly and honestly. There must be an attitude of interdependence which is being inclusive of others, embracing their gifts and competencies. We desire to submit to and be led by the Holy Spirit. We encourage and affirm each other and speak the truth in love. Each person is accountable not only for his/her areas of responsibility but also for holding ourselves and each other accountable to these guiding principles.
